For Courses:

One-on-one and group classes are non-refundable.

Arabian Dialects reserves the right to postpone, cancel, or relocate an event due to factors including inadequate enrolment, instructor unavailability, or unforeseen circumstances such as natural disasters (e.g., floods, earthquakes) or political instability. These decisions aim to ensure the safety and quality of the event experience for all participants.

If a refund is approved by the team under special circumstances:

If the refund is delayed. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact our team.

Exchanges

No replacement is allowed. 

Technical Issues:

A client is eligible for a refund if an issue with the product is reported within 15 days of purchase and remains unresolved. The team will inspect the product usage, and if no issue is detected, no refund will be granted.
